About the Job
One Sunday per month 8:00AM-4:30PM
High school diploma and computer skills are required. One year similar patient care clerical experience and knowledge of Epic strongly preferred. Schedules patients accurately and efficiently, taking into consideration patient needs and availability of service. Coordinates scheduling of diagnostic, therapeutic or surgical procedures by working in cooperation with physicians, patients and other hospital departmental personnel. Greets and provides assistance to incoming radiology patients and visitors and inputs patient information into the computer. Handles incoming telephone calls. Receives requests for information regarding files, provides routine approved information and dispatches CDs according to established policies. Maintains records of materials removed. Performs general clerical duties such as answering telephones, taking and relaying messages, Photocopies materials, and the like as needed.
Part Time at FMC - One Sunday a month. 8:00am-4:30pm
